We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays). Please note that processing time is in addition to the postage option that you selected at checkout. 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. 

UK Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on price. Your order price will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will then be listed automatically.

Under £5.95 - Royal Mail 2nd Class £1.80

£5.96 -£11.90 Royal Mail 2nd Class £2.50

£11.91 - £29.99 Royal Mail 24hours tracked - £3.50

Spend £30+ and FREE UK shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout.

 

Local Delivery 

Free shipping within a 1.5-mile radius.

For distances between 1.5 miles and 6.5 miles:

  • Spend up to £5.95, and the shipping cost is £1.50.
  • Spend between £5.95 and £29.99, and the shipping cost is £2.00.
  • Spend over £30, and shipping is free.

 
The Republic of Ireland Shipping

For ROI customers parcels will all be delivered by Royal Mail and we have standard shipping of £6.00.

    Spend £40+ and FREE Ireland shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout.

     

    Rest of Europe (excluding Ireland) Shipping

    For Rest of the Europe customers, parcels will all be delivered by courier and we have a flat shipping rate of £15.00 


    US / Canada Shipping 

    Shipping is calculated based on price. Your order price will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will then be listed automatically.

    International Shipping (Tracked) - £30.00

      Australia Shipping 

      Shipping is calculated based on price. Your order price will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will then be listed automatically.


      International Shipping (Tracked) - £20.00

        Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Rachael Winter's products.
